I currently work with difficult cases, including dissociative identity disorder, PTSD, traumatic brain injuries, and mystery diagnoses. With the combination of treatments I utilize, I have been successful in treating many cases. I have my Master’s in Counseling from Multnomah University, Bachelor’s in Theology. I am a licensed mental health counselor whose focus is on building a safe environment where my clients feel heard and valued. I specialize in a combination of talk therapy, neurofeedback, and EMDR, and believe the most effective treatment combines all three rather than talk therapy alone, though I do offer just neurofeedback for clients who are already seeing another therapist. My style of counseling incorporates story work, which gives clients a better understanding of why they behave the way they do so they can learn coping strategies for present-day issues. My passion is working with mothers of young children and helping them be and feel their best, and I work well with people dealing with anxiety, panic attacks, PTSD, emotional imbalance, depression, codependency, and postpartum depression. I have my Master’s in Counseling from Multnomah University and Bachelors in Psychology from Hope International University. Per Session Rate - $160
